At Deliciously Dipped by Bella, we take great pride in the quality of our baked goods and packaging, ensuring that each product is crafted with care and arrives fresh, safe, and protected. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

While we are committed to providing exceptional products, please note that we are not responsible for issues that arise once your order is in the hands of USPS or any other third-party carrier. However, we understand that situations may occur, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Below are the guidelines for potential issues:

  1. Quality Concerns or Mistakes on Our Part:
    If there are any issues related to the quality of your order or an error made by us, we will offer you the choice between:

    • A free replacement box, or

    • A 50% discount on your next purchase.

  2. Lost or Stolen Packages (Third-Party Liability):
    If your package is lost or stolen while in the possession of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any third-party carrier (and not due to personal negligence), we will investigate the matter. Upon verification, you will be offered:

    • A free replacement box, or

    • A full refund.

  3. Timely Communication:
